Merrill, Deutsche Bank End Suit Over Eric Heaton Hiring Raid
Merrill Lynch & Co., a unit of Bank of America Corp., has discontinued a lawsuit filed against Deutsche Bank AG that alleged Germany’s largest bank hired Eric Heaton in a raid of bankers from its financial-institutions group.
